This one of a kind thistle pendant has been handmade of 925 Sterling Silver in our workshop
Thistle is the national flower of Scotland. No one knows exactly how this came about, but there is a legend that surely could explain it. Scots warriors were saved from ambush by an invading Viking army when one of the enemies stepped on the spiky plant. His anguished cry roused the slumbering warriors who vanquished the invader and adopted the thistle as their national symbol.
Amethyst, the birth stone for February, is a stone of spiritual protection and purification. It cleanses one's energy field of negative influences and attachments. It creates a resonant shield of spiritual light around the body.

Care instructions
All items are made from Sterling 925 Silver. All items are thoroughly cleaned and polished before sending.
Please avoid polishing gemstones or immersing them in water.
Silver that isn't worn tarnishes! The best way to keep your jewellery looking great is to wear it.
Silver is sensitive to chemicals such as: household cleaner, chlorine, natural skin chemicals, hand lotions etc.
All sterling silver items can be cleaned using regular silver cleaner, found in any good Highstreet jewellery store or big supermarkets.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We believe in minimal packaging, to have as little impact on the environment as possible.
All items are delivered in a little bag or box depending on the item, together with our business card. I am trying to make the orders as small as possible so they can go through the letterbox.

Hallmarking
In the UK all pieces over 7.78 grams must be hallmarked. All of our jewellery is hallmarked with the number 925 (sometimes as a very small stamp). Some of the really small items, such as small studs might not be hallmarked as they weigh too less.
